I'm Rich Gascho—a multidisciplinary creative who blends thoughtful design with intentional communication.
With a background spanning graphic design, branding, web development, and photography, I help individuals and organizations create visually cohesive and strategically sound identities that connect and convert.


From Foundations to Function
My creative journey began with an early interest in the intersection of design and messaging, which led me to pursue a B.S. in Graphic Design with a minor in Business, followed by a Master’s degree in Strategic Communications—both from Liberty University. These programs equipped me with both the creative vision and the strategic insight to solve design problems with purpose.
My first professional experience was as a design intern at Inno-Versity, a learning experience design agency where I supported the creation of instructional materials and visual assets. It taught me how to communicate clearly and effectively within structured design systems—skills that continue to shape how I approach client work today.
From there, I interned with the Town of Monument’s Marketing and Communications Department, where I gained a deeper appreciation for how design supports community engagement and public trust. I then served with Greater Europe Mission, supporting international teams in telling their stories through clear, culturally resonant messaging—an experience that strengthened my cross-cultural communication and storytelling abilities.
At The Eikon Group, I worked as a Communication Specialist, creating brand systems and content that aligned strategy with visual expression. My work included everything from digital design to internal messaging and social media strategy. I later joined Northbound Studio, where I deepened my experience in brand identity and web design, creating full-scale digital solutions for clients seeking both beauty and functionality.
